The Lunch Ladies have collapsed into their twin beds in exhaustion after dancing the Mexican Hat Dance all night in celebration of their recent win at Post Mortem International Horror & Bizarre Film Fest.
The festival awards prizes for Best Short and Honorable Mentions - Red, Grey, and Black. In a shocking show of bad taste, Post Mortem crowned the Ladies with the Red.
Said a tuckered, yet still wound up Seretta: “We won! We won! La Cucaracha, La Cucaracha... "
LouAnne, rubbing her swollen feet, joined her: “La la la la la la la! This is our first win in Mexico and now they’ll never get rid of us! Thanks Post Mortem!”
The Post Mortem International Horror & Bizarre Film Fest had over 3,000 short film entries. The fest is in its 11th year and takes place Aguascalientes. Their primary aim is to provide more opportunities for the exhibition and appreciation of horror short films.
