Lunch Ladies Head To Kansas' Tallgrass Fest By Conjuring Cyclone & Enlisting Help Of Flying Monkeys

Breaking News! The Lunch Ladies have conjured a cyclone and enlisted the help of flying monkeys to score a selection at Kansas' Tallgrass Film Fest.

Apparently, the winged primates shot out of the twister, descended on Tallgrass' office and would not leave until the festival said "yes" to the dynamic duo.

Said head programmer, Sweeney McTodd:

"It was terrifying. Those flying monkeys are real bastards - not to mention the cyclone. We had no choice but to include those conniving Lunch Ladies in the lineup."

When asked for comment, Seretta, bedazzling some cheap red stilettos she's calling her "ruby slippers" and LouAnne, modeling a dirty blue gingham jumper she made from a tablecloth that she salvaged from the neighbor's trash, said:

"If we only had a heart. Thanks Tallgrass for the selection!"

Tallgrass is the largest independent film festival in the state of Kansas and takes place in Wichita. This internationally recognized, multi-day platform for world-class cinematic programming had an audience of more than 16,000 in 2017 - 2018 is sure to be amazing!

Lunch Ladies screens on Saturday, October 20 at 9:30pm in the Mars Destroys: Bloody Stories Block - Details HERE!
