Lunch Ladies Win Two Awards At Crimson Horror Film Fest - People Are Really Getting Sick Of Them

Crimmy Award

The int'l spy network has confirmed that the Lunch Ladies have won Best Short and Best Actress at the Crimson Screen Horror Film Fest and people are really getting sick of them.

Apparently, the Lunch Ladies lied, cheated and manipulated their way into winning several other awards at previous film festivals across the world and no one wants to hear any more of their annoying good news. The word on the street when they won was: "oh, no, not again."

Said Seretta, shining their Best Short trophy with a cheerleader skirt she found in the trunk of their Buick Le Sabre: "Oh, yes, again. And again, and again, and again. After dealing with crappy high school kids for decades we deserve it. Payback is a bitch."

LouAnne, shining their Best Actress trophy with a cheerleader letter jacket she found in the back seat of the Buick, added: "Do you know how many hours we've suffered working for the public school system? Suck it up. Thanks Crimson Horror for the win!"

Congratulations to Donna Pieroni who won for Best Actress and to the whole team for winning Best Short. Lunch Ladies is also extremely proud to have been nominated for Best EFX by Matt Falletta, Roger Nall and Brandon Flyte. Thankfully the Ladies didn't win that category because then people would've REALLY been sick of them.

The fifth annual Crimson Screen Horror Film Fest takes place in Charleston, SC. Best of South Carolina named them a top 10 fest in South Carolina in 2017 and they were voted 2nd favorite film festival by readers of Horror Society in 2015. Back in January, Mac Brewer of Horror Society gave the Lunch Ladies one of their favorite reviews EVER: "Lunch Ladies is a mother f*cking masterpiece."
